Side question:
   When you have multiple packages that are generated from the same 
source dist, how do you specify the source in setup.ini?

@ ssh-client @
version:
install: ...
source: ssh-x.y.z-r-src.tar.gz


@ ssh-server @
version:
install:
source: ssh-x.y.z-r-src.tar.gz

What happens if a user checks 'download source' for both of these 
"packages".  Is it downloaded twice?  Is it unpacked onto their harddisk 
twice?

If so, should we add code to setup to make it "smarter" ?
