* smallprint.c (rnarg): New macro.
(rnargLL): Ditto.
(__rn): Rename from 'rn', add a mask argument, and use the mask
argument to
control how many significant digits to care about.
(__small_vsprintf): Use __rn, rnarg, rnargLL, as appropriate.
