* exceptions.cc (_cygtls::interrupt_now): Avoid nonsensical tests which
delay
an interrupt.
(setup_handler): Remove unneeded DEBUGGING handling. Ensure that stack
is
locked when we are about to do push/pop to it. Fix debugging output.
