Log message:
* cygheap.cc (_cygheap_mid): Drop unneeded section attribute.
(cygheap_init): Just zero cygheap structure.
* cygwin.sc: Keep 16 byte alignment but drop all other alignments
related to
cygheap. Eliminate unused __cygheap_end1.
