* autoload.cc (UuidCreate): Remove.
(UuidCreateSequential): Remove.
* ntdll.h (NtAllocateUuids): Declare.
* syscalls.cc (gethostid): Use NtAllocateUuids function rather than
UuidCreateSequential/UuidCreate to get rid of rpcrt4 dependency.
