* fhandler_proc.cc (fhandler_proc::get_proc_fhandler): Don't allow to
access process info by using the Windows PID.
* fhandler_process.cc (fhandler_process::fstat): Ditto.
(fhandler_process::fill_filebuf): Ditto.
