* fhandler_tty.cc (fhandler_pty_slave::read): Use consistent way for
testing
ReadFile return.
* pipe.cc (fhandler_pipe::create_selectable): Open the write side of
the pipe
in message-mode to force writing as "chunks". Explain why.
