* spinlock.h (ULONG): Replace LONG operator with ULONG to accommodate
the fact that CURR_SHARED_MAGIC and USER_SHARED_MAGIC are unsigned
values.
* shared.cc (shared_info::initialize): Drop explicit cast here.
