Console lseek fix

The following patch allows arch's with-ftp command to run under cygwin.

Chris, any objections?

        * fhandler.h (fhandler_termios::lseek): Override lseek.
        * fhandler_termios.cc (fhandler_termios::lseek): Implement this.
