[PATCH]: Trivial move in pthread::atforkprepare

MT_INTERFACE->fixup_before_fork () should be done as the last step  in
pthread::atforkprepare.

I am sorrry if the Changelog contains spaces, but i have limited internet
access at the moment (only Webmail).
