        * cygwin.din (getline): Add symbol alias to avoid problems with
        autoconf's AC_CHECK_FUNCS macro.
        (getdelim): Likewise.
        * include/sys/stdio.h (getline): Improve clarity by replacing the cpp
        definition with a proper function prototype.
        (getdelim):  Likewise.
        * include/cygwin/version.h: Bump API minor number.
