I can only assume that someone uploaded setup.ini to the server some point afterward because I was able to download from the repository a month ago. I also notice that setup.ini is still missing from ftp://sunsite.dk/projects/cygwinports. It also appears that the repository hasn't been updated since 2006-08-30 when Yaakov announced the latest uploads. I've been trying to see if the cygports port of KDE is operational. I have heard anecdotally that it does. However, I am unable to verify this myself because of this missing file. Can someone resolve this? Thanks, Sean
