I just tried the port ant-1.6.5-1 but it would not work initially. I traced the
problem to some files apparently being in the wrong place.
/etc/profile.d/ant.sh sets ANT_HOME to /usr/share/ant, and /usr/bin/ant expects
all of ant's jar files to be in $ANT_HOME/lib, but the port installed them to
/usr/share/ant. Creating a /usr/share/ant/lib directory and moving the jars
there got things working for me.
