I am using the version of setup.exe that just came out (2.573.2.2). When I put just the sunsite.dk site in for cygwin-ports only, it works as expected. Although if I delete all of my cached setup data, I get a message that the setup.ini is older than the last one I used.
If I put any other repository in place, it tells me that a large number of my applications are an older version even though the version numbers are, in fact, more recent. Examples include atk currently installed version 1.18-0.1 with atk new version 1.10.3-1 links currently installed version 2.1pre38-1 with new version 0.99pre14-1 Does this mean that the setup.ini file for cygports needs to be updated or refreshed or something?
