(My initial post got held because it was too large, so I am splitting
off the cygcheck output.)

dig from the cygport bind package hangs on my system.  When I execute
it, it returns the expected output, but does not exit.  For example:

$ /usr/bin/dig google.com

I can kill dig.exe from the task manager, and I am dropped back to my
shell prompt.

host.exe exhibits the same behavior.
