(My initial post got held because it was too large, so I am splitting off the cygcheck output.)
dig from the cygport bind package hangs on my system. When I execute it, it returns the expected output, but does not exit. For example: $ /usr/bin/dig google.com ; <<>> DiG 9.4.1-P1 <<>> google.com ;; global options: printcmd ;; Got answer: ;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NOERROR, id: 32316 ;; flags: qr rd ra; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 3, AUTHORITY: 0, ADDITIONAL: 0 ;; QUESTION SECTION: ;google.com. Cygcheck output will be in a follow-up mail. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
