No, there are way too many modules (120+) and other packages dependent on perl to have to worry about the setup.hint's. I'll build them for perl-5.10 but not upload until after 5.10 goes stable; depending on how soon you want to do that, there might be a few days/weeks where Ports users won't be able to upgrade perl. What would be helpful is if you could answer the following: 1) Which modules are now included with Perl itself which weren't before (e.g. Module-Build)? 2) Which modules are you adding to the Perl package? 3) When do you plan to stabilize 5.10 (sounds like soon; is it really that well tested)?
