I figured I could just download the source of one or two KDE | packages off Cygwin Ports as examples for using cygport and cmake. After | sampling 6 projects of various scope, however, everything I have found | is autotool based. Ports provides KDE3, which still uses autotools. At this point, I have no plans to deal with KDE4 until it stabilizes and more external packages are ported to it, which I guess won't be until 4.2.
