  I had a similar problem connecting via http. It seems that if you 
leave on the trailing / when adding the site name by copying from 
browser address, it creates a // in setup.exe that confuses the server. 
'http://ftp.sunsite.dk/projects/cygwinports' works, in other words, but 
'http://ftp.sunsite.dk/projects/cygwinports/' won't... Whether the http 
server has the same 'load limit' problems as ftp I'm not sure, but I'd 
hope someone could negotiate with dotsrc to get this fileset on a 
server without that limitation since it does break setup.exe. I'd think 
a single file at a time limit would suffice to keep both ftp and http 
from putting too much strain on system.
