This is great news! Thank you for putting X11 into the distro. How can we tell when a Cygwin mirror site has synced? I looked at three of them today and did not see the Ruby-GNOME2 0.18.1 package in them. Thanks, Michael Yaakov (Cygwin Ports) wrote: -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA256 IMPORTANT: X11 has been moved from Ports into the distro. Please wait for your favourite Cygwin mirror to sync, then download from the distro before downloading from Ports and updating as usual.Highlights: * GStreamer refresh Added plugins: apexsink, gio, jack, jp2k, twolame. * Geany 0.15 Added 3rd-party plugins: geany-doc, geany-spellcheck, geany-vc. * Python 3.0rc2 Installs in parallel to the default python-2.5. * Ruby-GNOME2 0.18.1 * Tk fixed Tk (and everything using it) was broken due to a change in the X11 xproto headers; 8.4.19-3 has been patched to fix this. * Vala 0.5.1 Each binding is now a separate package, which pulls in the requisite C libdevel package. * WindowMaker Added patchsets used by Gentoo and Fedora. libwraster3 and all library -devel packages are now separate. * Security updates: graphviz-2.20.3 vlc-0.9.6 Yaakov Cygwin Ports |
