I took delivery of a new computer and wanted to install Cygwin with Ports on
it. First I installed Cygwin with X with no problems. Then I installed Ports
with no problems. Then when I tried to run startxwin.bat I discovered it
disappeared. I repeated the process another couple of times with the same
results; this occurs even if I select non-X apps for installation. Does anyone
know what may be happening?
