I noticed than on cygport-0.9.3-1
the docdir is set incorrectly

CC=gcc-4 F77=gfortran-4 \
CXX=g++-4 CPP=cpp-4

--docdir=/usr/share/doc/octave
instead on cygport-0.4.2-1
--docdir=/usr/share/doc/octave-3.0.3
