No Instructions on PHP Apache 1 binary dist.
OKAY, am I dummy? I can't find any instructions to install this package
and get it to work with Apache 1. I see a libphp5.dll but Apache says
file (libphp5.dll is garbled - perhaps this is not an Apache module DSO?
I added the followings lines to httpd.conf file:
LoadModule php5_module libexec/libphp5.dll
AddModule mod_php5.c
The above entries was a total GUESS by me!
