I'm thinking of ITPing mksh now that pdksh is orphaned. Digging in to the Cygwin mailing list, if I understand the various emails correctly, Jari proposed ITPing mksh, but it was vetoed by Igor at the time in favour of pdksh. Since Igor has departed and it's left pdksh abandoned (and since pdksh itself seems dead), I'm looking in to packaging mksh again. mksh is distributed as a .cpio.gz archive. > > I haven't found a reference in terms of overriding the > > default prep routine (like src_compile, etc.). > > No, the prep routine cannot be overridden at this time, but it is > something that will likely be added one day when I decide how to make it > work smoothly. hrm... any thoughts on how best to handle this situation?
