hicolor-icon-theme, gnome-icon-theme, gnome-themes, and shared-mime-info from the distro should do the trick. > Also the desktop has no menus or panels. Is there a package that > provides these that perhaps I missed? I have temporarily dropped support for the GNOME panel. It is one of the last components depending on ORBit/Bonobo and it just hasn't worked for a while. When GNOME 3.0 comes out this fall, the panel will be based on D-Bus, which I expect will work well, in which case I'll bring it back. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________ Cygwin-ports-general mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/cygwin-ports-general
