Hi, I just installed R 2.13.1-1 from Cygwin Ports. I installed all the dependencies flagged by setup.exe. I did not get any error or warning during the installation.
When I try start R from Cygwin, I get the following: $ r /usr/lib/R/bin/exec/R.exe: error while loading shared libraries: ?: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Does anybody else have the same problem? Any idea on how to pinpoint which shared library is missing? Attached is my Cygwin Configuration Diagnostics file. Thanks, Dario
