Highlights:
* MIDI setup improvements
- TiMidity gtk, tcltk, and xaw interfaces available as separate subpackages
- All MIDI synths use /etc/timidity.cfg by default
- timidity-freepats is the new default GUS patch set for all synths
* SoX packaging changes
- less common formats are packages as separate plugins
- The ao and new pulseaudio output plugins are also available separately
* New programs:
- datefudge (LD_PRELOAD hack to fake the system date/time)
- enjuewemala (Bejeweled-like game)
