No; neither currently provide a Mac OS X toolchain.

There is a "darwinx" toolchain available for Fedora x86_64 systems which
can be installed by downloading and installing this file to
your /etc/yum.repos.d directory:

http://build1.openftd.org/fedora-cross-darwinx/fedora-cross-darwinx.repo

I have not tested this at all.
