Having said that... ZoneAlarm is the problem and it must be removed (if I remember correctly). If you don't believe me then follow these steps: 1) Admit that ZoneAlarm is the problem. 2) Remove ZoneAlarm software from your system. 3) In the event that step (1) fails, see step (1).
