Ian, Okay, I've gotten the Cygwin/XFree86 packages to install via Cygwin's setup.exe, but there is a slight problem: the usr/X11R6/bin, etc. directories are created relative to the location of setup.exe, not in the root of the Cygwin installation. Any ideas as to what is causing this?
