Philippe, As far as I know, Xinerama provides multiple screen support for XFree86. I was never able to find much documentation about Xinerama. However, *you* need to explain to *me* why using XFree86's hardware-level multiple screen support would provide any benefit (or even make sense) for Cygwin/XFree86, which has no direct access to the hardware.
