My build check with RENDER re-enabled was inaccurate. For some reason RENDER did not get built into the server. I thought I had tested the server with RENDER re-enabled but I hadn't.
It turns out that RENDER is the culprit here. Now we get to go bug hunting. Any takers? Harold
