I found this on MSDN, and wonder if it might be of use for Unicode support on 95/98/ME for Xwinclip. The API for this layer is described at: http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/win9x/unilayer_4wj7.asp The actual redistributable can be downloaded at: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/release.asp?releaseid=30039 The actual lib is is in the platform SDK.
