We talked about QT licenses a week or two ago. The X11 version of QT is GPL'd. The Win32 version is not GPL'd (the last I remember), but that doesn't matter because Nicholas is only building a Cygwin/XFree86-dependent version using the X11 QT.
So, the question should have been, ``Is ___ GPL'd code compatible with Cygwin's modified-GPL?'', to which the answer would have been, ``Yes.'' Harold
