David, Great! I went to make a Test77 release and noticed a slight thinko: I initialized the CalledSetLocale flag to TRUE, rather than to FALSE. Thus, setlocale was no longer being called at all. I don't think that changing the flag to FALSE will cause problems, but I would like to get verification that this new debug version still works:
