Cygwin 20.1 has nothing to do with the Cygwin/XFree86 version that you 
are running (specifically, we need the version of the XFree86-xserv 
package).  Also, you have not specified which flags you are passing to 
XWin.exe.  We don't read minds here.  Send in more information or no one 
will be able to help you.

I am unabale to resize xwindows vertically . Horizontally it resizes all right.
any ideas?
