There is nothing to order. Just download and install Cygwin from the web:
http://cygwin.com/setup.exe
Also, this mailing list is specifically for the version of XFree86 that runs on Cygwin. If you have general Cygwin questions, please send them to [EMAIL PROTECTED], not to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
