So you've not changed the startup files?
This will not work since you can only have one xserver per display number.
The second, third and any other xserver must be started with an explicit
displaynumber set.
eg
XWin :0 -multiwindow ... for the first
XWin :1 -multiwindow ... for the second
and so on.
