It must be a proble with the keyboard definition. From a debian host setxkbmap
works fine, from cygwin the keys are missing.
XFree86 on debian is 4.1.0
XFree86 on cygwin is 4.3.0
I'll check the xfree cvs if there have been patches to fix this problem.
