Fw: "1.5.5-1: question about used ultraedit in cygwin( os: winxp)"

Hi All:

    I used ultraedit ( uedit32 ) in cygwin's bashell.
But the bashell return some message as follow. 

$ uedit32
[Settings]: not found
Language: not found

Could you help me to solve it?
