Error Reporting

Hi,

I get the following error when trying to run startx.

Fatal server error:
Cannot open log file "/tmp/XWin.log"

win DeinitMultiWindowWM - Noting shutdown in progress
giving up
xinit: Connection refused (errno 111): unable to connect to X server.
xinit: No such process (errno 3): Server error.

Any ideas?
