I'm trying to port an application which is using the xforms gui library
from linux (RedHat, SUSE) to cygwin. xforms allows to define a fixed
size application window, resulting under linux in a window without a
maximize/restore button. Under cygwin (default installation) this button
gets displayed. Is there a way to get rid of it?
