very simple question since i've searched the archives, and this message

come up a few times, but I haven't seen any real solution to this...
The following error:
winProcSetSelectionOwner - Clipboard not yet started, aborting
that appears in the XWin.log file, ... what must be done to fix this?
Also,
why this error?
I have latest stable cygwin/xfreee.
