RE: [ANNOUNCEMENT] Shadow Framebuffer Test 9

I put the new Test9 binaries and sources at
ftp://xfree86.cygwin.com/pub/cygwin/xfree/shadowfb-xf86

Users can now get XF86 4.0.3 and Harolds Xwin.exe from the same server.
These are test release therefore I did not put in xc-4-binaries/4.0.3
directory.
