Now, why did you have to go and bust me on that one?  :)  They are both
correct, but I chopped the file name off of the first one.
docs/howto/index.html has a meta refresh, as well as a link, to
cygwin-xfree-ug.html.  That file name, cygwin-xfree-ug.html, could change,
so I didn't want to have any static links to it.
