Did you do a clean installation of Cygwin/Xfree86?  The
Xwin.exe code is same as Test 18, almost.  I compiled the
code Harold sent me.  There were several comile time flag chanegs in
Cygwin.cf
therefore libraries are different.  It is important you do a clean
installation.
