Fatal server error: could not open default font 'fixed'

Hi!

 I think that I installed cygwin/xfree as directed.
 But, when I start Xwin by startxwin.bat I always have the following error
message.
 I have everything under c:/cygwin. There are fonts under
c:/cygwin/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts.
 Could you help me how to solve it?
