Thanks very much.   Robert Collins just noted that I have to access XFREE86 thru CVS.  

I downloaded CVS and will look into xc/lib as I install it.

Who told you Xaw, and Xmu are not available from Cygwin/XFree86?
have a look into xc/lib directory

I have no diea what are you doing
