How about you ask at Cygwin mailing list/ [EMAIL PROTECTED]? Chuck over there might help you. He distributes Xemacs, I believe. Xemacs is not covered by Cygwin/XFree86 because it can be compiled without XFree86 and developers at Cygwin mailing list supports it.
