bug: startxwin.bat assumes absolute path for /cygwin

In the distribution I just downloaded, xfree 4.0.3, startxwin.bat says:

SET PATH=.;%PATH%;\cygwin\bin;\cygwin\usr\X11R6\bin

This assumes that the root directory is \cygwin.  But it might not be.  It
could be installed anywhere.

As a consequence, the first error is that the cygwin dll's cannot be found.
