libX11.dll problem

Hi!

When I try to execute xterm the system complains with "The procedure
Xutf8LookupString could not be located in the dynamic link library
libX11.dll"

This is a new installation (no previous installation). The file
timestamp is June 2 2001 for libX11.dll and August 18 2001 for
xterm.exe. I've checked that no other file named libX11.dll exists in
the system. 

Help!
